pickle fizz espresso landing at mu.sō coffee

it started with a moment on the internet. thanks to dua lipa, pickle coke became a thing. strange, slightly chaotic, but intriguing enough to try. we took that idea and pushed it further - adding a double shot of espresso and turning it into something that actually makes sense on a menu.

pickle fizz espresso is built on coke over ice, layered with espresso, finished with a hit of pickle juice. sweet, sharp, a little salty, a little bitter. it lands somewhere between a soda, a tonic, and a coffee drink, but not quite any of them.

it’s one of those drinks that sounds wrong until you taste it. then it clicks.
